1. Agreement

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all projects involving web development, design, digital marketing, and website administration.

2. Scope of Services

We provide custom website development and design, full-cycle digital advertising (including SEO, social media, and paid campaigns), as well as technical support and website administration. The scope of each project is defined and agreed upon with the client before any work begins.

3. Technical Scope and Modifications

All services are delivered in accordance with the technical specifications approved by the client prior to the commencement of the project. Project timelines are based on the agreed scope of work. Minor amendments that do not affect core functionality or design structure may be accepted without additional cost. Any significant changes, including requests for new features or substantial alterations to the original scope, will require re-evaluation and may impact the delivery schedule and overall cost.

4. Use of Third-Party Tools

Some projects may involve the integration of third-party tools, themes, or services. Licensing fees or subscription costs for such tools are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, projects require a 50% upfront payment prior to commencement. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or prior to launch. Any additional services requested during or after development will be invoiced separately as agreed.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, all completed work up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly, and any advance payments will be adjusted against the completed work.

7. Responsibility and Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality, stability, and security of our work, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or loss of profits arising from the use or performance of the delivered services.
